The Family Room is very spacious and can sleep up to 5 adults, it has a King size, a Single and a Double Sofa bed.  It has adjacent a private bathroom (with shower),Fridge, TV, Tea and Coffee facilities and wash-hand basin. The Family Room has windows with rural views to front and rear.

The Double Room has an en-suite Shower Room, with wash-hand basin in the bedroom.  It has a Fridge, TV, Tea and Coffee facilities and a window facing the garden to the rear.

• Both rooms have ample storage and wardrobe space.
• The house is fully Central Heated, and Double Glazed.
• There are Panoramic views of the countryside, Loch Fitty and garden to the rear and rolling fields and woods to the front.
• We serve a full Scottish Breakfast, with sliced Haggis or Black pudding as required and eggs from our free-range hens. Kippers are available on request. Vegetarians catered for.
• Breakfast is taken in the Family Dining Room normally between 7-30 and 9am, however, times out-with these can be arranged.
• Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available.
• Pets can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
• There is ample off road parking at the front of the house, also transport can be provided to and from the Airport or Rail Station.
• For Fishermen/women, we have drying facilities and fridge/freezer space is available for your catch!!!!
• WiFi is available on request.
